Return and Exchange policy of Crafthouse.pk
Crafthouse.pk provides hassle-free Online Shopping in Pakistan. We offer 7 days return & exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with any product you’ve received, you can return/exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returned products shall meet our conditions.
- Items shall be in the same condition with complete packaging.
- Product tags should be intact.
- Also there will be no returns & exchanges during special promotion and sale period.

- After confirmation send the package to Crafthouse.pk Office Basement plaza 1 tangi road charsadda.
- After Approvel The Product will be exchanged or We refund you the amount.
- In case of Refund only product amount will be refunded, delivery charges paid by customer will not refunded .
- No Product shall be returned or exchange after 7 days.
